The start of my update....
I have been overwhelmed in the last few months...Dave has a new job as Business Unit Manager at the factory, Honeywell, that he works for, this means long hours... Aisling is close to walking and so into everything her sister has at this point, so lots of squabbles whines and tears... so momma isn't doing to good with her stress management...chocolate and other forms of junk food seem to be my quick fixes, but need to stop this or I will regain everything that I've lost at Weight Watchers!
On the other hand, the girls are really great. Aine can say so much these days, pretty much everything, though often I have to translate...I understand her speech but it still is very babyish...Js become Ys Uncle Jim for instance is Uncle Yim, Auntie Roisin is Auntie Oisin...cute! She also plays pretend a lot and dresses up...
Aisling is one year old now, as of Sunday! We had a little party with a cake and a few friends over... She is very much a momma's girl, does my head in with whining when I don't have her attached to my hip...it will pass...someday I hope!!
I am still working doing design work, but find I don't juggle it with motherhood very well, so need to stop taking on jobs for a while... I have a few repeating ones, but that is it for now...
Anyway, just wanted to make a start... I leave for London on Thursday to go to a quilt show with my friend Katy...looking forward to a break for the weekend!
